Refund Policy

Course Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your enrollment before the course starts, you are eligible for a full refund.
Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to operations@questenglishcentre.in within 7 days of the cancellation.
No Refunds After Course Starts: Once the course has commenced, we do not provide refunds.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 45 business days after the request is approved.
Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
